The International Montessori Training Institute is committed to the training and support of teachers and specialists who work with adolescents, ages 12-18, through a deep understanding of Montessori principles and practices.

In addition to offering a full two-summer AMI 12-18 Diploma Course, as well as other AMI Certificate Courses, IMTI supports Montessori adolescent practitioners through webinars, blogs, forums, and resources, including support for Anti-Bias/Anti-Racist Education.

All donations to IMTI directly support our ability to bring AMI 12-18 training and professional development opportunities to more adolescent Montessori practitioners around the world.

We deeply appreciate any gift you are able to give!

IMTI is a proud supporter of the Black Montessori Education Fund. We encourage the members of our community who are able to support BMEF in their work. Their mission: "…to bridge the gap in the awareness and understanding of Montessori educational principles and practice while at the same time creating a pipeline of highly trained Black Montessori teachers and school leaders who are focused on providing high quality, culturally responsive Montessori environments to Black children.  In addition, the BMEF seeks to support Black Montessorians desirous of opening their own schools or becoming Montessori teacher trainers.  Lastly, the BMEF will encourage and  support Black families in their efforts to understand and gain access to Montessori education for their children.”
